    Circuit Laundry needs major improvements. The app is faulty, the machines are not maintained well, customer services are very unhelpful and often rude and I have had a very negative experience as well as many other university students. It all seems like a big scam and Circuit isn’t willing to do anything to fix issues because they are the only people in this laundry industry! This is by far the worst part of student accommodation and it isn’t even within the university’s ability to fix because the company is so unhelpful.
