I've been to this laundrette twice now. I come here because everything is very clean, the family that run it are very hospitable & go beyond what is necessary to help where they can. They are lovely people & always have a smile on their faces which brightens the most mundane job of washing your laundry

Literally the rudest customer service ever. Accused me off damaging her machine with something that supposedly in the machine ‘while I was out of the shop’ but didn’t show me what it was just showed me something she had found from a previous customer earlier on. (2 large nails) her husband had supposedly taken pictures of the damage and item in question but wasn’t there to show me. There was a slight scratch in the machine which she proceeded to go on about.. but absolutely no evidence it was me what so ever. My laundry consisted of children’s clothes and my own. Now I don’t play with tools or screws.. which is what was suppose to have been in the machine then proceeded to stand in the door was right next to me and watch me the whole time which I found extremely invasive.. i was trying to fold my underwear but she was close enough to read my underwear size. I apologised although I know full well it hadn’t come from my laundry and she continued to complain about the damage.. now sorry you have insurance for that reason. Don’t start throwing accusations around. I can’t actually understand why they have a 5 star rating. Wouldn’t recommend wouldn’t advise any body of going there I shall stick to Farnham from now on they’re also cheaper £4 and half my laundry was still wet with 1 load of laundry , £4 at Farnham drys 3 loads of laundry.

Best Laundrette in town!!! What more can I add that the other reviews haven't already said?? Brand new machines regularly cleaned and disinfected. Machines work very well Clothes cleaned properly and dried thoroughly. Prices are reasonable, change is always available and machines accept many coins from 20p to £2. Prices are MUCH cheaper than the self service machines which have popped up at petrol stations recently!!! And MUCH cleaner! The shop is also clean, tidy and nicely decorated, a lovely place to sit while waiting for ones washing. And the icing on the cake? The Owners!! Mino and Ravi are genuinely lovely people, so friendly and welcoming. I arrived late and they were more than happy to stay open for me well past thier usual closing time!!! They chatted to me whilst I wanted for my washing and I really enjoyed my time with them. I cannot recommend this laundry highly enough, a refreshing change from the usual gloomy 70's era launderettes, replete with beige and old clanging machines. A* to the owners!
