Travelled 3 hours to view motorhome, very happy but had a snag list. There was no problem that David couldn't fix. When we returned for collection, by train, we were collected from the station and given 3 months warranty on the purchase. That came in handy as just within warranty one of the spring mounts failed and David was happy for us to go to the nearest workshop. Coincidentally the workshop knew David and were happy for me to just pay remaining balance meaning I didn't have to formally claim. If ever I'm looking for a motorhome again I'll certainly be looking to see what stock Manor Motorhomes have.

David is friendly and helpful, on collecting the van , David had made sure it was clean inside and out , and the jobs we wanted doing were all done , the after sales warranty was easy to use, we had to use this after owning the van 3 months, but there was no issues and one phone call and all sorted , couldn’t ask for more We would recommend David to anyone looking for a motorhome James and Keith

I had arranged with David to do a deal with my vehicle, it turned out his van needed an mot (he didn't know, as I was supposed to return the next day, and he had to cancel). It failed two Mots (at two seperate garages!), then I got the call to say it was ready, passed with flying colours. VN58KGA check it out. He said he wishes he'd taken a deposit, and will make sure he does next time. I wish I'd have driven it on the first visit, because if that was the best driving 2.5 vw he says he has, then I wouldn't have wasted any more of my time. This 2nd visit i noticed the rear bumper was in disrepair, and the front bumper was ill fitting. The test drive was just a joke! Within 100 yards I had to open a window due to exhaust fumes in the van (one of the failures on 2nd MOT). There was a severe lack of performance (2.5 tdi 5 cylinder vw engine), there was a misfire too. Then when I turned around to go back, the reverse camera didn't work, and the gear knob came off in my hand!! A severe lack of preparation, not expected on an older 2008 high mileage 190,000m, over priced £14,995 van 🙄 I was going to part with a well sorted V8 Defender, and £4000 in cash, for what all I can describe was, a pathetic effort, and service, from what appears to be (according to Google reviews) a highly respectable garage... I had plans for this Christmas week, had spent money on seat covers and arranged to buy parts for this van in excess of 2k. disappointed is an understatement! If you wish to see how lucky you are, and willing to try your luck, by all means go there and ask for David 👍 Good luck
