2023-Apr 1.5 STAR, NO OTHER BUSINESS COUKD SURVIVE WITH THIS AWEFUL REVIEW - NHS NEEDS HELP I HATE MANOR MEDICAL - WORST GP IN THE WORLD 2022-oct I still hate this place, I tried to leave but that wasn't easy and since I didn't need to visit in over a year, I didn't bother But this place, thought it couldn't get any worse :-((( 2021-Sept - I hate MANOR MEDICAL :-((( they have forced my mother who has had knee pain for over one year already, to go for phyiso again without assessing the issue, we had private advice Osteopath and after checks, he wrote letter to doctor recommending MRI scan, GP ignored as they DONT CARE, CANT BE BOTHER, DONT GIVE A FLYING DUCK :-((( WORSE GP :-((( OVERLOADED AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WASTING MY TIME !!! I hate Manor Medical & the owners, they force us to call, force us to listen to 2 mins message, just to say too busy, then cut us off. The worst reception in the world... I called today for an emergency appointment (note it was an emergency). The reception told me that she doesn't have any appointments whatsoever!!! Welcome to NHS 2018 So I explained my situation and I asked her what can I do, she said: "go to a walk in centre, there is one in Loughborough or oadby, I don't know address, but if you Google it, it will tell you" :-((((( Googled it, 16 places came up, but I'm not sure which would help me!! I'm so sad :-((( my GP is no longer a GP. NHS sinking, someone help them please 999 or 111 I don't know

Worst doctors I have ever come across! Positives- Reception staff are lovely and very helpful, always on hand to assist with what ever I need. Nurses are excellent and always thorough, I’ve find them to be more professional and experienced than the doctor. One doctor in particular is rude, unprofessional and try’s to belittle you. He has no interest in actually diagnosing a problem and passes everything off as a viral infection! My 2 year old toddler has apparently had a viral infection for 3 months continuously, but yet doctor refuses to investigate or prescribe anything and actually tells worried parent it’s me with the problem and I’m giving myself anxiety. If your looking for a doctors surgery I would suggest avoiding this one, the doctor takes nothing seriously.

Still as useless as they were last year. Close early on Thursdays, promised me a sick note for my work by end of the day and never bothered in the 2 calls that morning to inform me that they'll be closed for training. I'll be filing a complaint as soon as possible so that I can take it to work and prove to them now incompetent my surgery is.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Very unfriendly receptionists who don't seem to know what they're doing, they need more training.

The service here if you can call it that, is abysmal. frequently shut during normal opening hours. The tories are determined to destroy the ŃHS. The coronavirus epidemic was used as a means to milk the service even more than usual. The 111service is little better. Don't strike David Ray
