All very nice and helpful when buying and did honour warranty in principle but garage used not good as advised things were fixed that were not. Son left with hefty repair bill now, after warranty, to get issues properly fixed for something that he was advised was fixed. Clearly this wasn’t the case despite being diagnosed by a dealer and shared with the garage. Also failed to fix a defective part despite requests to do so throughout 6 month warranty. Will not use again and would advise anyone buying to get an independent AA inspection before doing so. Warranty is only as good as the garage used, and our experience is that it’s useless. Update - Did call to let know who we were and couldn’t be less interested, despite suggestion that you wanted to know if there had been any failings and discuss further. Maybe levels of pride differ considerably as just not bothering to fix things reported or worse, suggest they were and giving the appearance they were when they were not, is not a service I would take pride in. Either a case of not willing to properly fix issues or using a garage incapable of doing so.

I was looking for a reasonably priced second car to keep the mileage down on my primary car which I recently purchased new and due to advancing years will probably be my last new car acquisition. Manor Car Sales have a wide selection of cars that fitted the bill at what seemed competitive prices. Dan & Danny were both very helpful without breathing down my neck while I checked out a number of likely vehicles. I eventually bought a nice little Ford Fiesta which was just the price and condition I was looking for. The preparation and hand over was carried out very professionally and I was made fully aware of all the terms and conditions followed by a walk around the car providing the opportunity to ask any questions about the specifics of the car. Highly recommended with no unpleasant surprises when I got the car home for a full assessment. Brian
