    Been with them over 32 years, problems with simple aspects such as booking appointments and then not getting notified of cancellation have gotten significantly worse over the years. Trying to book appointments itself constantly proves to be a challenge with the set up changing without notice. The staff also tend to be unhelpful and and unprofessional in there conduct.

    I am a health professional who had a safeguarding concern and needed to contact this GP practice as a matter of urgency. It took me a whole week to get somone to answer the phone and it wasted several hours of my time. The phone just rings and rings every time and nobody answers. What awful service to patients and community members.

    A friend saw a Dr mothersdale over a week ago and said would refer her for a scan as she has been suffering months with a stomach issue that is greatly restricting the quality of her life. Today I chased the hospital for an appointment only to be told the Dr hasn't requested anything she hasn't been referred for anything!!!! Avoid thus surgery it is diabolical. You can never get through. I hung on 1hr 15 mins got to no1 in the queue and I was waiting at that position for over another hour and still no one answered!!! Disgusting

    Service leaves a lot of to wish for but it is not the worst. The worst is that you can never reach them. You can call and call and call and no one answer or it is disconnected or queue is full even though you called bang at 8 am. Avoid at all cost. Waste of time.
