Experience of a visitor. I booked my 1hr30min slot over the weekend a week ago. Not only they are rigid with the times but then decide to bathe the patient i came to visit. They kick you out at 1pm cos they are preparing lunch so there os no chance to extend the visit. I live 2 hours train or car journey time and this makes it quite pointless as the already short visit is being reduced to nothing now. They dont want you to visit during weekend and there is alwaysa problem or an issue. Its not the first time im disappointed and upset about thetreatment. I dont visit myfriend very often and but him and I were looking forward to the visit. Disorganised and thoughtless place.

I would like to WARN anyone who has a loved one and is considering this home as a (safe Place) CARE HOME....my mother is currently staying here and has been left in her own feceous twice ,No basic or personnel hygiene.the CARERS have no empathy or just understanding of the pain relative's feel.very convincing to begin with but very much the opposite.take care of your loved ones. Be warned. X also the response from below is from a prior complaint.
