    As l regular customer l have been very disappointed on my last visits.The food is not very fresh and has been very bland.The plating looks amazing but the taste does not match to it.They is no value for the money being paid.The drinks are also ridiculously overpriced.The customer service was decent!!

    The place was completely empty when we arrived....zero customers. The waiter asked for my name so he can write it on his clipboard like we're waiting in a long queue at nandos. Then wanted my phone number apparently to send me a drinks menu....why the hell can't you print them like the food menu? You need my number so i can order a coke? Food arrived magically fast...like almost immediately. They 'grilled' my full chicken in about 4 minutes....so fast infact that it got cold by the time it arrived to my table. So for anyone who doesn't understand sarcasm....it wasn't grilled, most likely just warmed up under a candle. We also orderd a chicken and rice dish, again it was like a magic show.....this time with invisible food, so small it looked like a child's portion. Chips were not fresh, looked and tasted refried. Plus 2 cokes. Bill came to £40.....ridiculous price especially for cold grilled chicken, invisible chicken and rice plus yesterday's chips!!!!!

    The food was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice. Parking: The location of the car park is opposite the road. A sign with there name within the car park would have been great as you do worry if your going to get a parking ticket.

    As a regular customer, I’m very disappointed with my recent visits. While the food and customer service were both exceptional as usual, the prices have increased significantly in recent times (almost £20 for a fairly small piece of chicken) not to mention the portion sizes have also shrunk. I understand that restaurants need to cover costs and make profits with the insane inflation, but it seems like they are taking advantage of loyal customers such as myself by increasing prices to ridiculous amounts, drinks costing £3 per can is absurd. With these new prices I will not be coming back anytime soon, I hope that management will take notice of these issues and adjust their pricing to a reasonable amount so that their regular customers can continue enjoying dining there without breaking the bank!
