Hired a castle and soft play for much cheaper than I'd been quoted by other companies and couldn't find a fault. Arrived on time equipment was in good shape and staff were really friendly. Would recommend and will use again.

Tried to book with these. Asked them to confirm booking but never did so didn't know if it was booked so after a week had to book with someone else then these messaged on the day I booked to see if I still wanted the booking. A bit disorganised.

Didn’t arrive as asked,the children were arriving at 12, their start time was when they delivered, which isn’t what we asked for. We had a 10% discount offer as we used them last year., it wasn’t applied when they delivered, she said she would ‘ask her sister’. They said they would collect at 6-7 (it was supposed to be 7.30)… offered £5 … didn’t even cover the 10 discount we should have had. We will not use them again… poor service the children were quite upset as we had told them to have a last bounce. I don’t understand how the company arriving early means that that is your start time…! Incidentally I had difficulty adding the discount code to the order, I emailed them a couple of days before, they asked me to send the discount code, which I did, by email!
