Cars not checked properly, don't believe their Grading System. Absolutely appalling customer service. Purchased a Grade 1 vehicle from this auction and paid top money for the car assuming that it was actually 'Grade 1' THIS WAS FAR FROM GRADE 1, more like a grade 4/5, dashboard was damaged and not recorded on the inspection report as well as the wing mirror was taped up with duct tape, again, not mentioned in the report. A complaint was raised and a £35 refund was offered, WHAT A JOKE! The vehicle was almost £8k.
