As immigrants, they could've treated us like other estate agents did, but they were kind, made adjustments for us and we had no issues for the full year and three months with them. Rashmi, Mohammed, Tehara, and the youngest member of the team, S, are all great, with great personalities. My family's growing so we have to move, but our fine relationship with Manhattan will always be treasured. Also, we never met the landlord but we felt close to him because of the positive light shone on him by them at every opportunity. Super amazing!

Total scam, they do not care about you or your property. They will lie through their teeth and customer service has been incredibly poor. Absolutely terrible. Do not recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell or rent property through this estate agents.

Be vary wary of these agents! My friend let her house out with them and was promised the world. The tenant moved out before the contract end and when viewed the house it was destroyed. The kitchen cupboards were all removed, the new blinds were wrecked. The garden was unrecognisable. The tenants had cooked with deep fat fryers and then painted over the fat in the kitchen. The fryers were thrown into the garden. A quarterly report sent to my friend always said the property was in good condition. Clearly there never visited the property. My friend is now spending thousands to repair it as it is currently un-rentable

We used manhattan Halliwell to sell our property in Arnold Street we used a solicitor to purchase our new property can't mention the solicitor's but the standard was very poor, manhattan really had nothing to do with the purchase of the new property but they stepped in to help us purchase the property, Tahera did all the chasing for us due to our poor solicitors except for Tahera I think it would have fallen through she was great what she did for us we now have settled into our new property and Tahera still keeps in contact with us to see how we are going on, great service from a wonderful team
