Had to chase them for two weeks to get a virtual viewing in time for a planned trip to the area. Never received the viewing, was passed around 4 different salespeople, all of whom gave me slightly conflicting information. The final salesman at least seemed somewhat interested in selling a car to me. They expected me to commit to buying a car I had not seen in at least a video, which made me suspicious there was something wrong with it. They claimed it was in a compound off site, but they told me three times they would send me the video the next day and then didn’t. I then felt pressured into committing the night before the planned trip, which was something I had tried to avoid by reaching out to them two weeks before. The overall poor customer service left us with no confidence they’d try to resolve any issues with the car if we did buy it, so walked away. On top of that, they wouldn’t budge at all on price. Giving two stars instead of one because they have a large selection, though I suppose that is useless if they have no interest in selling any to you.

Don't trust this dealer !!!!, they do not declare the true condition of their vehicles, having been a long time customer of this dealer and having spent hundred's of thousands of £'s on new and used vehicles from this dealer this clearly counts for nothing, they sold me a used Alfa Giulia knowing full well the engine was faulty, i can prove their service department have been trying to repair the low oil pressure fault it had and have since advertised it without mentioning their previous attempts to fix it. A true disgrace to the motor industry. i will be taking this further. so much for your reply, true to form no matter how many time i email no one replies.

Booked a test drive of the Fiat 500e at 11 am on 3rd Jan. Was left at salesman’s desk (apparently salesman of the year in 2022). Left after got fed up and went to Robins and Day in Altrincham where Paul and Kent were very attentive and gave us a good test drive. We phoned Mangoletsi after the test drive to check on one of their used cars. The call was not returned so we bought the car we test drove from Robins and Day by Stellantis (who are owned by Fiat).
