I had the worst experience there with security guard Amy! My God i have never seen a woman on a power trip! I was super excited to see night life in Birmingham UK since I was visiting from USA, but this was by far the worst experience in life. She was aggressive, manhandled me till one of her co-workers had to ask her to stop! He literally was protecting me from her. I was never rude to her nor the other staff but she made sure to behave in such an ill mannered way. I was so upset and disappointed in her as a woman. The men were gentlemen, but that lady has literally left the worst taste in my mouth. Just to use a bathroom, God please help her. She needs better training with customers, or rather not deal with humans personally, you’re not on the streets and we are customers. We are not there for free my goodness. How do you guys train door security AMY if that’s even her name!?
