Rang up to enquire if all their courier vans are electric and the man on the other end just grunted asking why what's the problem! When picking up our items we told the driver to be careful as they are worth a lot of money and obviously didn't take any notice because one of the boxes arrived damaged even though the delivery address was only a 10 minute drive. not sure if both workers was having a bad day but still we won't be using them again with any more items that need to be delivered shortly.
