I feel blessed to have found Mandy’s yoga classes. They are the right level of more challenging and gentle postures for me and I find Mandy’s voice soothing to listen to which helps me relax too. Each class is different as Mandy specifically creates a unique series of moves for each one which I really appreciate. I join Mandy’s restorative yoga class online as I have back problems & am finding it difficult to relax since going back to work after furlough. I find it wonderfully relaxing & calming. Mandy is knowledgeable, helpful & very professional & by the end of the class I feel a real sense of peace. I recently had the pleasure of enjoying an Indian Head Massage which was wonderful. She found the areas that needed extra attention & I found the treatment both invigorating & deeply relaxing.

Taking part in any of Mandy's yoga classes is always a wonderful experience. Being able to take part in Zoom lessons during lockdown really benefitted my mental health, and I particularly looked forward to the monthly restorative sessions which are the perfect way to unwind and relax. I've also recently had an Indian head massage with Mandy which was absolutely wonderful and the perfect accompaniment to a 1:1 yoga session. I highly recommend any of Mandy's classes which are ideal for all levels of yoga practice. She's a fantastic teacher!
