I come here a lot for the scraps! The scrap bin for haberdashery is excellent. Bit of a lucky dip. It can be a bit expensive at times, but that's to be expected. Overall the quality is great, and the staff are always friendly and keen to help

Poor selection of dressmaking fabric - very different to the old days when they used to have every fabric under the sun! Most of the store seems to be taken up with curtain fabric and service nowadays. Suggest going somewhere else if you’re looking for a good selection of fabrics for sewing projects.

Quilting fabric is way overpriced, on average by about £5 per metre. Visiting Glasgow, I made a journey out of my way to visit this shop, but was sadly underwhelmed.

We visited the store today with my wife and our 2 months old son to make a preliminary research for our upcoming decoration project. Yes, they have a great selection of fabrics, ready to cater multiple price range, materials from polyester to hand made wool, nearly impossible to miss what you are looking for. However, the thing that impressed us the most is the personnel on the floor are just the kind that a customer wanted to see and an employer would like to have. They are attentive, knowledgeable and most of all warm as a charcoal on a rainy day. They went above and beyond to serve us, thank you all.
