Very polite service from the shop, but dreadful delivery we had to go and get the tiles because the driver refused to access our road. The only driver to do so in our 3 years living here. Head office less than polite said read the small print for delivery. Small print does not say they will not enter a road.. We will not be using them again. Head office needs to develop its staff on how to communicate with its customers.
