Louise was really helping when I was booking her and it was very easy to add products when I decided I wanted more. The pack sent to us had everything needed in and was easy to understand what needed to be done with the placenta. On the day, she was easy to contact and arrived at the hospital quickly. The capsules arrived 2 days later. I was so happy they arrived quickly so I could start getting the benefits straight away. Everything after birth went a lot better than I thought it would. No heavy bleeding, no baby blues and easy breastfeeding. Some people are abit unsure about the idea of placenta capsules/ products. I didn’t even see the placenta in the hospital, the midwives/ doctors dealt with everything. The capsules are just like taking any other tablets. Don’t let the idea of it put you off, it really is worth it. I would 100% recommend Louise and would do the same again if I have another baby.

Louise was efficient and absolutely amazing with sorting out my placenta encapsulation. We had such a small window (48 hours) from the day she dropped off the chiller pack to the day after when I gave birth and the day after that when I received my tablets. She was friendly, supportive and very happy to do it in such a small window. I couldn’t recommend Louise enough! The tablets are fabulous and I’ve already told Louise that for the next child (whenever that is) I’ll be using her services again!

Though the encapsulation service was sufficient, I was sorely disappointed that my placenta print was ‘missed’. I filled in all the paperwork provided and indicated I wanted this. It was really important to me and I’m upset it was not done.

Louise was absolutely brilliant. She answered all of my questions quickly via email, brought everything I needed round so I was prepared and arrived only 40 minutes after my placenta was delivered. Louise brought my capsules round 18 hours later. She was so kind, caring and supportive. I couldn't have asked for better service. The beautiful art she made with the umbilical cord is so special and such a wonderful added touch. I had postpartum thyroiditis after my first baby but I haven't with my second and I believe that's partly down to encapsulating my placenta. I was over the moon with the service and even happier with how I felt taking my capsules. Thank you so much Louise.xxx

Absolutely amazing! - After being let down last minute, I was due to be induced in two days & could not find anyone on short notice, until I found Louise, even though she was over an hour and a half away from where I gave birth, she did not hesitate to help me, her communication was amazing, throughout & as soon as I gave birth, she was there in a flash. The whole process was so easy & super fast. I had my pills the following day! I cannot recommend this lady enough & If I ever decide to have another baby, she will be the only person I will contact for Placenta pills :-) Thanks again for everything!!!

I cannot recommend Mandala Placenta Remedies enough! From the second I got in contact with Louise I felt so well informed with the process of encapsulating my placenta. It was such a smooth process (my husband was worried that it was going to be a lot to think about post birth) but Louise arrived within an hour of letting her know I had given birth to collect the placenta and then my capsules arrived 2 days later! She made sure that the cool box and icebox was sent and there was guidance and information for the midwives (which was very useful!!). I haven't felt any baby blues and have felt enough energy to keep going (currently 2 weeks and 4 days since I have birth) and I think the capsules have had a really positive impact. Thank you Louise! I look forward to getting in contact with you when we have baby no 2!
