Would highly recommend this company.did a fantastic job they replaced 12 windows, facier, 1 front door, 1 side door and bifolding doors which opens up fully, it makes a massive difference and look fabulous. The 2 lads turned up on time and had done everything in 3 days, the price for all this work was amazing.From start to finish everything was so easy. Phil the servayer was brilliant, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had my front and back door installed by Manchester Windows and found the whole process from start to finish really easy and satisfactory. I had a rock door on the front and a composite stable door at the back. The doors are both really good quality and we’re very reasonably priced. The staff in the office were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. We had 18 new windows. They are fab quality and have already made a difference to the heat in the house. The fitters were great, they tidied after themselves and took all the old windows away. I would recommend Manchester Windows Ltd, they have been great from start to finish. They were great value and use Veka extrusions so supporting another UK business. This must be a cash rich company, I say this because evidently they don’t need business. Certainly each time I’ve tried I’ve been ignored, i’m trying to get an appointment with them is impossible. In fact you can barely get a response to a text message. Although a text message is exactly how they expect you to confirm acceptance without actually any interaction with them. After a week of trying dealing with a lady called Tracy I’ve given up, if this level of terrible service is what you get when things should be at the best, God only knows what they’d be like when things didn’t go well. I for one won’t be waiting to find out.

After reading the review about someone getting a quote for a bi-folding door , I was a bit apprehensive, as a sales rep called Derek was attending my property few days after his review. All I can say is that I am glad I wasn't put of by the review as the quote given was lower than two other quotes I had been provided. Now that I have had my windows and doors done, I could not have asked for a better company who kept me fully informed from start to finish Would not hesitate to recommend them.Which I have already done to two of my friends Services: General door installation, Window installation

Emailed them and called several times for a quote as they had previously installed a friend's. Promised loads of calllbacks, that didn't happen, managed to finally get through to a bloke named Derekon his compamy mobile, said he'd call me back, again this didn't happen, messaged no reply, messaged again saying rude. As I'd been ignored for 4 days...replied instantly with quote for 10k for basic bifolds...mone were a smaller than my pals, who paid around 4k. Got them elsewhere for 3.4k
