Victoria Station serves it purpose as a commutor point BUT.....there should be an area for pick up and drop off for people other than the taxi rank. A free 15 minutes would be a help as there is at Picadily

Big shout out for Sean, station performance ambassador at Manchester Victoria station. In the job a month yet handled with courtesy, kindness and helpfulness a passenger too late to alight a train. Sean was comforting, respectful and set the guy onwards on the next train, just so smoothly and happily I just want to appreciate here that touch of kindness in these dark pandemic days. No blaming, no disinterest, no distress, just a pragmatic positive solution. And it is more evident in all this station's concourse staff. Thank you.
