Order was delayed due to a fraud check as I was a first time customer. Which is fine as the email with this information came swiftly. I had sent an email asking if it had been shipped. And received a phone call from a top tier guy called Zeb with top tier customer service. He threw in some freebies and upgraded the postage to next day. Now that is how to treat a customer!!. I didn't even complain and he still went above and beyond. Alot of companies should stop and take a lesson from Zeb.
