Please stay away from The Sebo Shop also known as Manchester Vacs. I purchased a brand new Sebo Vacuum cleaner, but received a used product instead. When I asked to return for a full refund, I was met with resistance and customer service was very rude (especially the owner Stuart) The vacuum cleaner has clearly been used and not new as advertised. Manchester Vac insisted there is nothing wrong with the vacuum cleaner, even it has been used. I returned the Sebo vacuum cleaner and I was charged return postage cost, even though it was their fault for sending a used product. I would never shop with The Sebo shop/Manchester Vac again. It's not worth the nightmare of dealing with them, instead will buy on Amazon or John Lewis. I wouldn't recommend The Sebo shop/Manchester Vac (Dyson & Sebo Specialist) to anyone. Please stay away from them.

Excellent experience of buying a new vacuum cleaner. The lady listened to what we needed, and then recommended a few options. We got to try out the cleaner and she clearly explained what was involved - very patient. Also went through the various tools and we ended up buying extras...as you do! Loving the new Sebo machine so far (German engineering at it's best) - long may it continue. Thank you for all your help - no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone who wants a very professional and customer-centred experience!
