Awful! Spent £12.99 on a disposable vape and had to go back because it was not working. They looked smug and told me to ‘come back on Monday when the manager is in’ and that they couldn’t swap it out for a new one. I have been in plenty of other stores where they have had no problem letting me swap. So unfair and truly disgusting customer service. I won’t be going there again and I will tell all my friends who often shop there not to bother if they don’t want to be ripped off!

Avoid the post office. Indian mafia - didn't bother to accept returns for Asos and lied about international postal times. The shop is as bad. The man charged me 3 Pounds for a 1.5 L water. Zom- bies
