Absolutely amazing service and staff. Husband was seen and treated quickly with emergency op. All staff were helpful, kind and polite, and explained clearly what was going to happen. Thank you NHS, you are fantastic.

I went there for eye surgeries a few times and all surgeries were successful. I want to give special thanks to the surgeons, the surgical team, the nurses, and the aftercare consultants - five stars! The major problem is not the hospital as a whole. It's the majority of receptionists. Most of them have no clue what they are doing. For example, there was a woman, a receptionist with short hair dyed in bright orange colour in Clinic Eye E. She was laughing when I tried to explain my query. I felt like a laughing stock and her approach was very unprofessional.

I had to go here because my eye was very painful, I was met by very friendly staff, booked in and shown where I need to go. I was triaged within half an hour and not long after seen by a very professional nurse practitioner who treated my condition and gave me good advice to avoid passing on infection.

I cant say how much Mr Jasni and his team helped me. I had a massive eye trauma and came in with for me, no hope. Mr Jasmine and his team have been amazing, and continue to be. Words cant explain the respect and gratitude I have for them. I will never ever be able to repay it. Can not praise the enough.
