Awful agents, Vanessa and her team are very unprofessional. I have lived in one of the properties for over 2 years and have experienced how rude, dismissive and unprofessional the team can be. My rent was raised over £100 with 2 weeks notice several times , I never got reply to emails when something has broken requiring to phone daily to fix vital necessities such as a broken washing machine. When you do finally get to speak to Vanessa and her team you are met with a very rude, dismissive and abrupt audience.

I rented with MRAH for 4 years and can genuinely say it was overall a positive experience. Any problems maintenance were sent usually the next day to assess/fix. Rooms and overall house decorated to a high standard. Communication between staff and tenants are always clear and responsive. Would rent with them again in the future!
