Only started using this chemist as all the other ones that I had tried could not get my medication. I am glad that I did as some one to who has used a lot of chemists over the years this one is far and away the best. Not had any problems with them and they staff are friendly and professional even the delivery driver is a decent guy. I would advise any T1 and |T2 diabetic to use this chemist if you are on Dexcom as out of the 8 chemist I tried this was the ONLY one who was able to get it with out any trouble . You have have put the big boys to shame.

I called to ask if they have a specific pill, the guy who answered the phone said yes we do have it in stock. I went there and there was a young Asian lady who looked after my order and she said we don’t have it in stock I told them I rang up before coming to ask if you have those pills and the man over the phone said yes . She apologies and the man who was sat down taking the phones said that he never said we have it in stock…… Then he and the Asian lady both ignored me and asked the old lady on the reception to charge them the phone …… what!!!! Girl this man he doesn’t know how to do customers service either the Asians lady. The only one who gave a good service was the old lady. Never again
