Having had my eyebrows micro bladed a couple of years ago and not being happy with them I resorted to the trusty brow pencil which to be honest was a ball ache having to pencil them in everyday. I really wanted them done again but had no idea who to go to until one sunny afternoon met Helen who was giving a talk at the So Prestwich fair. Having had a good chat with her I was immediately with impressed with her enthusiasm, dedication, and professionalism and knew straight away I wanted her to do my eyebrows. I had an initial consultation with her last July which was free and lasted about an hour( she certainly doesn’t rush you and takes the time to answer any questions you have) After her thoroughly examining my eyebrows she told me that to be able to the work she needed to do on them for them to look great that I would need to get them lasered to get rid of the pigment that was there from the micro blading. I will admit I was a bit deflated as wanted them done asap but was so glad of Helen’s honesty and the fact that she told me where to go to get the lasering done which I did in October 22 by a fantastic lady in Sheffield. Roll o December went back to Helen to see if they were ready and she said no not yet there were small scabs on them. Roll on February 23 went back to Helen again and even though she said they more or less healed she still advised me to wait a little longer to get the best results I am not not the patient person but understood Helen’s reasoning behind it all. Roll on today at 10am and was finally getting my eyebrows done(so happy). What can I say, a lot actually if I haven’t already Helen was absolutely amazing in her approach to everything her step by step explanations of what was happing, the surrounding which is of such a high standard and the fact she is so so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable and you never feel rushed she really does take her time in making sure you are totally happy with the results and all the advice she gave me over the past months was invaluable ensuring I got the eyebrows I wanted. So Helen after nearly 5 hrs of you perfecting my eyebrows I would like to thank you so much for your Time, patience and perseverance you truly are a perfectionist and brilliant at what you do and I am so over the moon with them. I would recommend Helen to anybody who is thinking about getting their eyebrows done it will be the best decision you’ll make. Service: Powder brow styling

I can't thank Helen enough. I honestly feel so much more confident, since having the powder brow treatment. For years, I have barely had any brows, due to over plucking. So I'd given up hope of ever having natural looking brows again. Then I found Helen, who offered what I thought was not possible. From the consultation, I felt at ease. Helen is a perfectionist and does not give a set appointment time, so it just takes as long as it needs to. After my first application, it did take me a few days to get used to my new brows. I was worried that I'd made a mistake. However, Helen reassured me that it was a perfectly normal feeling when people have gone from having none or very little brows, to suddenly seeing how their natural brows should be. After the initial shock of seeing myself with brows,I absolutely loved them. It has made such a difference to my life, no spending ages pencilling in each day. I'm no longer worried about them washing off during swimming or exercising either. I hadn't realised before,how much my confidence was impacted, due to my sparse brows. I went for a consultation with Helen as I had very thin and patchy eyebrows due to my under-active thyroid. Helen talked me through the process and what it entailed and put me at ease about it all. Once I decided to go ahead with the permanent eyebrows Helen was very knowledgable, professional and she is definitely a perfectionist. I also have vitiligo so was worried that the pigment she uses wouldn’t take to my skin, which initially it did struggle with. However, due to Helen’s expertise and experience she was able to adapt her technique and I now have fuller, thicker, natural looking brows and I am delighted with the results. I've had my lip blushing done at Helen's and can highly recommend this service. Helen is very knowledgeable, very professional, has an eye for detail and for the colour palette that suits your skin tone. I wanted a very subtle lip blushing and she recommended a colour to me that she mixed herself. The colour matches my actual lip colour very well and it looks so so good. The shape of the lips is just gorgeous - Helen really knows what she's doing. Everything was clean and professionally executed. I'm so happy with the result and absolutely love my new lips. I didn’t want a drastic change, I already had some shape, but was fed up of pencilling in parts of my eyebrows each morning! My sister had hers done with Helen and within minutes of her sending me photos, I’d booked my own appointment. Helen is an absolute professional who is incredible at what she does.
