My son's dog got hit by a car and they refused to see him because of a previous vet bill hadn't been paid . however that was a fault on Thier behalf as his housing benefit letter had been forwarded to them to show he was on benefits.thr dog has now lost his eye sight in one eye .so thanks PDSA
