Not going to lie I was slightly apprehensive about how good insoles could be compared to ones you can get on the NHS. But Chris has definitely made me some of the comfiest and sturdiest insoles for my flat feet. He has also been incredibly easy to contact regarding any other issues and I will definitely get another pair in the future

I called up to enquire about the services as I'm not sure if this is a retail store that sells knee braces, or a hospital-like service that requires you to see a specialist first, and the receptionist didn't even know the answer. He didn't know what type of business this was or whether or not I can come in a buy a knee brace. Very strange indeed.

I asked for a new cover for my custom-made orthotics. Normally, this would be done where they were made but London is not really around the corner. Still, they weren't prepared to do the job but offered to make new custom orthotics which would cost ten times as much as a new cover.
