I need to admit that it was suspicious for me when they called and said we should continue with the non-caustic strip and pay a little extra, so I asked for some photos to see why. They were so professional they even sent me a video of the job while doing the doors and one of the ladies called from the office to explain precisely why our oak doors need to be done like that. When I received them I understood why I should never change them now. Don’t ask for the cheapest solution always, sometimes a little more extra can actually save more of your money in the future. Delighted of the service and the communication, highly recommended!
