Website needs updating as it states it's open till 2pm on Monday, it's not! only open 8-10,am, when I asked why they said "because we are busy on a Monday!, Solution employ more staff then as we are all aware you use agency workers and some of us have to take time off work to go to these places!

A recorded delivery letter with an important document from abroad was delivered to a different address. The document has been lost. Very unprofessional staff. Managers were incompetent and helpless. Avoid this place !!!
