    Please please please steer clear of this company. I booked a minibus and asked for confirmation which I received, paid the requested deposit which they took, confirmed on the day of the booking only 3 hours before due pickup. They didn't turn up and when I rang to see where they were I was told the driver had taken another job and that they would refund my deposit straight away (i'm still waiting). I told them I don't want a refund, I wanted the minibus that I had booked and paid the deposit on. They basically told me that I was late confirming the booking !!! even though I had three messages off the driver (that I will keep) to say that it was all booked in and confirmed. They also told me the driver had took another job fixing tyres ??? This is the first time ever that I have posted a review online because I am so angry with their level of customer service.This company do not deserve your custom, please do not use them. I have only put one star on the review because it wouldn't let me post the review otherwise........ ZERO stars

    Booked a minibus with this company two weeks before had confirmation for the booking minibus didn't turn up so rang them up and they said that it was booked for the next day but had the proof on my phone WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

    EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE! warning DO NOT hire a minibus with this company. Completely let down by a poorly organised company. Paid for one journey and then demanded money for the return journey after turning up 1 hour LATE! After taking initial payment claiming they knew nothing about pickup details etc.
