Engaged this firm to level my floor, re plaster a hallway and replace an external door. They did a good job on the first two but the door is truly awful. Damaged brickwork getting it in, charged more to cover the damage with a frame that is so poor Iām removing it. Used softwood for the sill, which has already cracked and the door is not even remotely watertight. I now have to pay someone else to fix it up. Despite missing about 1/2 the screws in the hinges, the door was at least straight and secure.
