Took a ring here a few days ago to be polished and re-rhodium plated if I've got that correct. To say the job is excellent is an understatement, The ring (17 years old) looks absolutely brand New ! Excellent service from the team. Had a ring set resized, re-dipped and cleaned and they came back fitting perfectly, looking brand new. Took around 2 weeks in total which was less than I originally expected considering they told me they were busy! The team are quick to respond and you can clearly see the hard work and dedication they have for their craft in their work. Would definitely use them again and recommend over big chain jewellers where family have had rings end up lost or broken.

Excellent craftsmanship and friendly, helpful customer service from Gary. I took my 45 year old engagement ring to be repaired as one of the diamonds had fallen out. Gary explained exactly how he would be able to repair it as well as cleaning and rhodium plating two other diamond rings. I am delighted with all three rings which now look pristine and hope will have many more years of wearing them. I shall definitely be recommending them to anyone needing jewellery repairs by expert craftsmen at reasonable prices.

Fantastic service and craftsmanship. We were lucky to happen upon this place when my wife needed her wedding and engagement rings cut off due to her finger swelling following a bite. They’ve been resized and replated, and mine were cleaned and replated. Excellent work and a speedy turn around time. Would highly recommend.

Gary worked wonders on my antique sapphire and diamond ring which needed the diamonds reclawing. The price was reasonable and it only took 2 days to turn around. I had another ring re-joined and rhodium-plated for £35. All in all I’m over the moon with the transformation and new lease of life in both rings - thank you so much. I would highly recommend!
