Excellent experience today. Been suffering for a good week or so having made the dreaded error of cottonbuds. Rang up 9.15am appointment 12.30pm problem solved and on my way 12.45pm Was very nervous at first as 1 of my ears been sore for a while. Hassan was professional, Polite and straight to it. Will definitely be using in the future. Can't recommend enough. Parking down the side of the clinic aswell.

I saw Hassan today at incredibly short notice for suction earwax removal. He was very kind and considerate and educated me on the potential risks. Both my ears were blocked with wax which apart from ruining my hearing is sensory hell for me (I'm Autistic). The procedure was quick, painless and worked a treat. Hassan in polite, personable and professional. The relief was huge. My hearing is fine again, like Hassan just turned the volume knob on my head up. I can hear where my enemies are whilst playing Battlefield again. Five stars. Worth every penny.

I’d had an issue with my ear for some time. It wasn’t sore but felt like there was water in it, my hearing felt muffled. A GP diagnosed it was blocked with wax and suggested olive oil drops. The drops soften the wax but it felt like I could hear nothing, I felt disconcerted and it was more uncomfortable. I messaged via the website in the middle of the night and was seen by Hassan Karim MA BSc RHAD the next day. He was lovely, he looked in both ears and performed microsuction on the blocked ear. Before the procedure he explained the risks. The procedure was not at all painful, part way through I could suddenly hear much clearer. At the end of the procedure after a few minutes my hearing was fully restored and the uncomfortable sensation gone completely. I am both thankful and amazed that a long period of discomfort and hearing loss was ended in an instant. The consultation and procedure on one ear cost £40. If I ever experience anything similar I would not hesitate to return to see Hassan Karim and I certainly will go sooner rather than wait. Thank you.
