I’ve had my Emperor grinder for a few months now. It might be the best tool in my workshop, and I can’t speak highly enough about Jay - A spot on hard working guy, nothing was too much trouble for him and any questions I had were answered promptly. His customer service was great, he even video called me to discuss my preferences and desired style, even showing me the components of the grinder. Fast response from him even during the lockdown! been working the grinder hard and don’t have a bad word to say about it. Top quality gear would definitely recommend and will be getting more bits from him in the near future.

I've had my shark from Manchester grinders for a month now and what a machine it is. I've used a fair few different 2x72 grinders and the quality you get with Manchester grinders is incredible, especially so considering the price. The customer service was also spot on, with great communication throughout the build of my grinder and photo updates of the various stages. The grinder arrived safe and sound and was very easy to assemble, I was grinding in less that half an hour. I'll definitely be buying more tools and accessories from them in the future

Absolutely Amazing Grinder and Customer Service. Took the time to explain everything to me, kept me up to date with the build and has been incredibly helpful, If it were possible to give a 10/5 score I would, I can't fault them. You won't find a better deal a grinder or accessories. For anyone on the fence about upgrading to a 2x72, Do it, It's so worth it, It takes all the annoying parts of lower quality grinders out of the way and makes the entire process faster and more streamlined. Attached are pictures of the Shark 2x72 that I purchased and a few knives made using it.
