Took in an original pastel sketch (soft chalk) from known artist. The member of staff held it with his fingers on the art, started rubbing a line out that interfered with how I wanted it mounted, but not cautiously/respectfully, which left pastel on his finger - and when I received the framed sketch 3 days later (good turnaround) it was slightly wonky with the horizon not straight... so I’ll reset it myself ... I’m afraid I won’t be using them again unless it is simple poster or replaceable art.
