Insurend were great in re-rendering the back of my house. Despite mine and my partner's high standards, they were accommodating and ensured that we were happy before leaving site. The render itself was of high quality, but the sealant finishing needed attention. Once we raised it, we had a few different iterations of fixing it until we were happy. I'd say that as long as you raise the issue, generally Insurend are happy to fix it if it's render-related. One final thing to note is that it's not always clear which days they were going to be working on our property. As with all building work, there were quirks: Unfortunately the rendering process damaged one or two items, and the window isn't square, but generally they were happy to fix the larger items. Overall, great finish, and I am happy with the end look.

Just had the front and rear of our terrace property rendered using a through coloured silicone scrim and pin render in white. We are really happy with the finish. Two guys were put on the job and they were real grafters. Arriving early and finishing late on some days. They took a lot of time covering all the windows, door frames, paving stones etc, protecting them from the render, which clearly showed that they respected our property. There was one minor hiccup, as the contractors somehow knocked the internet off, and we were without internet for about a week, but we managed to connect through the data on our phones, so it wasn't a major issue. The render that was on before was beige, ugly and crumbly. Insurend have given life back to our home, and we are really happy with the result. We would definitely recommend Insurend to others.

While the actual render job was well done, my advice is do not pay the final invoice until a full inspection can be carried out of the work after the scaffolding has been taken down and also check in both daytime and nighttime (shine a light around) for any snags. We didn't check properly but did pay the invoice and now 6 months later we still haven't had the agreed snags fixed and doubt we ever will. We have made phone call after phone call and just get excuse after excuse and forget about ever getting a phone call returned because it just will not happen.

Overall satisfied with the service from Insurend. In my personal opinion, some of the attention to detail was lacking towards the end. With the scaffolding removed, we now see the render around one window isn't square. Some of the silicone work needed redoing and still leaves something to be desired. However, the quality of the overall finish is nice and they were quite accommodating to our needs as customers. (this is an additional review to the one left by Naomi R as our opinions of the work differ slightly)
