I Called Louis after many hours of being pushed from pillar to post by my supplier and National Grid, as each were telling me it was a supply issue but the others responsibility, whilst I had, had enough following 24 hours with no electricity and had booked a hotel room for the night he insisted on coming out straightaway. He found a potentially dangerous burnt out fuse in my one year re-wired system and the power was back on in 30 mins. He was thoroughly professional and in my view the call out fee was entirely reasonable and proportionate. Would not hesitate to use again and thoroughly recommend.
