I cant comment on the workmanship only customer service - i tried several times to get a quote and spoke to the gentleman via email, in the end i asked if he could just let me know if he wasn't interested in the job so i wouldn't be wasting my time, i still didn't get a response. Disappointing.

Spoke to Manchester Driveways on Friday 29/11/2019. The person (girl) I spoke to took my details and said somebody would call me to arrange to come out and give us a quote. By Wednesday 04/12/2019 nobody had called. I called MD again and spoke to a man who didnt apologise for the non-contact but said he was surprised that nobody had called me, as the firm always follow up leads. He said he could see that I had called on 29/11 and I was on their records. He advised someone would call me either later on 04/12 or the next day. He said the firm was 24/7 so there was no reason why someone shouldnt call me. However, it is now 07/12 and I have received no contact. The firm has good reviews and it is a shame I will have to approach a different driveway firm, but if Manchester Driveways lack professionalism before even coming out to quote for the job, then I can't trust them to lay our new driveway.

Noel and his team did a wonderful job and overcame problems as the job evolved without fuss and with a clear a knowledge of craftsmanship . Ronny and his team did an amazing job with the block paviour drive and Ryan the same on the flagging. All the neighbours have commented on such a wonderful result. So glad I found such good workmanship .
