Good enough. The staff are very friendly and polite. I also have a great experience with the hygienist Lawrence. However, it was not a great experience with the dentists. I was allocated different ones since I registered in 2019. You only see them for 5 mins - this is how long the check-up lasts! I feel I actually don't know them, and they don't know me to discuss my dental history or concerns I have. The waiting time is also long; I waited for 35 mins in my last visit. It's rare that I'm seen on time.

Over the moon with this dentist practice, no matter what member of staff you deal with they all make you feel extremely welcome and at ease. The work I had done today was first-class, no pain and I've come out feeling like I have a new mouth. My teeth finally feel right in my mouth. Thank you to you all. See you all again soon.

Hands down the best dental treatment I have received in my life. Dr Emily Herd was my dentist and has gone above and beyond any other dentist I have seen. The dental office is clean/organised and have lovely dental staff. This was my 3rd root canal treatment which I had avoided due to past experiences but she had the gentlest hands, so I felt nothing! This will definitely be my family dentist going forward
