Avoid at all costs - especially if a lone female at night. Truly an awful car park. There are no pay machines - fine, I'm an intelligent, modern woman, sure I'll scan the QR code, download the app and then pay. No problem. Try to download the app and my phone says the app only runs on older versions of Android so can't be used. Err...OK. I try the old fashioned method of opening web browser and doing www.ncp/whatever it was web page. I manage to register my email address and verify it. Then comes the fun part. Add in my postcode - won't accept it. Add in my mobile number, won't accept that either. I try and add spaces, remove spaces, add +44, but nope. I then give up and because at this point we were 15 minutes late for our restaurant booking, I decided I could sort it later. There are no signs to say where the pedestrian exit is, and none of the flights of stairs indicate what level you are on. There are no signs to tell you how to get out. We were not the only ones wandering around asking "how do we get out?!". So on our quest to find the exit we ended up on one of the eerie lower levels, in the dark, trying to find the way out. Not something I would want to do if I was by myself, after a night out. So all in all, a terrible, terrible parking experience. I know I'm going to get a letter in the post with a fine for parking without paying. I will welcome the opportunity to pay for my stay and also give them some valuable feedback on this disaster of a car park.

Found out on exit that there are no machines to pay. Downloaded an app and it was season ticket payment only...turns out the other app is too old and waiting for upgrade so was not available to install. I e-mailed customer service and was given phone number. Now couple of hours later trying to pay for parking I am awaiting call back. Will not be happy if I get the parking charge.

This car park is a disgrace AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Filthy and stinks of urine. Impossible to understand the car parking payment system. I would NOT recommend this car park.
