Absolutely horrendous experience. I paid £1195 fora consultation and treatment. Upon arriving at the clinic, I was informed that I would be treated by a doctor who had no previous experience in the field or procedure. I was basically a test dummy for an apprentice doctor, despite paying full price for the treatment. The pain during the treatment from the unqualified doctor was excruciating, meaning the overseeing doctor had to take over, then he handed over to the junior doctor again. This happened multiple times during the treatment. Given the sensitive nature of the treatment, this was highly distressing, not to mention the pain that it caused. Following the treatment / recovery period, the problem has become even worse than before. I contacted exroid to request a follow up, since their ‘treatment’ has caused me daily discomfort and stress. Their reply has been to offer me a full price follow up, at the cost of £745, which I cannot justify spending, given that I was in less pain before visiting them in the first place. Having discussed this with Exroid, they have put words in my mouth that perhaps I should ‘get Christmas out of the way’ (highly unprofessional) aswell as share my personal data and information including symptoms, full name, details of the procedure etc. with a complete stranger (luckily I know the person in question, but to Exroid, they were just a voice on the end of the phone, claiming to be a family member) completely against GDPR regulations. In conclusion, if you require this sensitive area of expertise, I cannot stress enough that you should not visit Exroid in Manchester. Please seek out actual professional help and pay attention to the reviews, not the false testimonies of ‘patients’ seen by a rogue company such as this. Following unsuccessful phone calls to Exroid, I shall be seeking legal advice and would not wish this level of distress on anybody.
