    My first time at Manchester Body Balance, I opted for a 60 minute sports massage with Rachel. I've long suffered from very tight shoulder and neck muscles, which cause pain, headaches and stiffness. Rachel really focused on these areas and whilst I'm going to need more than one treatment, my shoulders feel much lighter. The room was nice and relaxing and Rachel makes you feel at ease. I have already booked in for hot bamboo & stones treatment to help with muscle relaxation!

    Definitely recommend trying Thai Massage with Natalie. Just the right pressure and you're only stretched as far as your body can go. Deeply soothing and fabulous if you're feeling scrunched up. I've also had Myofascia Release Massage with Alex too, Alex is very informative and the treatment is very relaxing. Really recommend Korean Meridian Massage with May, really relaxing! Lots of amazing different treatments to try!!
