worst experience ever! Do not use them We landed at 9:50 rang though at 10 gave them the car registration and make model and car is the car say they was 45min wait get that as can be busy and driver would get back to you, no one rang us, 1 hour later we had to ring up again , the same car registration to make model to then say couldn’t find the keys, which made the situation worse, no one rang back We rang back again to then your staff to say the key fob wasn’t working to the car and being rude to us on the phone, said they couldn’t get in the car as the key fob wasn’t working, After 2 and half hours later since we landed we rang again very frustrated and stressed as to say come pick us up and we will show and see if that right car or keys, to then say no and didn’t offer to pay or help us get to the location we had to pay £20 out of our own pocket from the airport to the location When we got to the location, got the car keys right ones and the staff took us to what they thought was the car, turns out it wasn’t the right car at all! how do you get a car mixed up? when you have an email of the number registered and the model of the car, That’s why the car fob wasn’t working the WRONG CAR ! I found my own car in the location ran though mud my trainers covered in mud got the keys to the car, and it worked fine and the car opened The most stressful and poor customer service all together experience not happy at all Your fault because your staff couldn’t read the right car registration or the right vehicle Tired to email the company about getting our money back full refund no one has got back to us shouldn’t be allowed to ruin this business!!

NEVER use this company. When they returned our car, 1.5 hours late, the driver parked next to another car so close hoping we would not notice the damage to our car and ran away. £1700 worth of damage, filthy inside and out, covered in mud. They are a bunch of low life cheats.

Absolutely horrified with this company. PLEASE DO NOT USE Arrived back from a lovely holiday to call the number to be greeted by a guy telling me we were late and there is a further cash charge of £10. To give to the driver. This company is fully aware of our flight number and arrival time. After then waiting approximately 40 mins for our car to arrive I again called the number to be told because we were late it is now placed on a rota!! When our car eventually arrived the driver wouldn’t give me my key until I gave him £10 in cash! The driver told me that he had to give the company his driving license and £10 to make sure he got the £10 from us! We told him we hadn’t any cash! He tried to direct us to ATM. Eventually we gave him £6 that we got together. My car was in an awful state! Also boot broken!!

DO NOT USE!!!! Poor instructions and communication! Had to wait about 20 mins for them to collect our car despite ringing when we were 30mins away. Then when we returned said they couldn't find our booking at first, then told us 25mins, then rung back to say the car wouldn't start (it's a brand new car and we were away three nights)! When the car eventually turned up, 90mins after we first called, it was absolutely filthy, covered in mud! A Costa coffee cup had been left in the car and the car had 50miles less of diesel than when we dropped it off! Absolutely disgusting,wish I'd read the reviews before using these cowboys!

Do not use! If I could give it zero I would. Firstly they were late when dropping the car off. While ringing the number provided half hour before arriving to be told by someone who sounded like they had just woke up to ring when there. They were still 20 mins after that. On return I rang as we landed to be told 40-45 mins. When I rang back I was told they lost my key and didn’t know where it was. They said they were looking for it and give them another 10 mins, tried calling back with no joy several times. They finally offered to drop us off at home and bring the car to us another day once they found the key. No way was I leaving without my car. I got a family member to bring my space key to pick my car up. When there the ground was a boggy mess and an old caravan which had seen better days in the corner. Once finding my car we asked them to check keys again but a bmw arrived with 3 blokes in. Felt like a gang was running it and didn’t feel safe. I would avoid this company.

Scam, scam, scam. Turned up and found no such place. Got wind of a scam the morning of my flight. They wanted to upgrade me to meet and greet at the airport, paying them extra fees in the meantime. They do this to keep you from visiting their non existant premises. Avoid at all costs.

Had to wait 1.5 hrs to get car back and when it came it was one of the dirtiest car I've ever seen. It had mud smeared all over it. They park cars in a paddock and said it was stuck behind another car. Terrible service. DO NOT USE!!!!

If I could give no stars I would! Unfortunately this company are terrible when it comes to meet and greet. I arrived from holiday and called the number advised and was told my car would be ready in 15 mins (I was told this 3 times!) I called them numerous times asking where my car was as it was 2 degrees outside and needed to get home. Driver took 55 minutes to bring my car to me. When he did… he pulled up, left my handbrake off and got out and walked off. Didn’t help with baggage, didn’t speak to us. Absolutely shocking!! Very unprofessional and rude. Don’t waste your time with this company.
