    First time I have used this parking facility. Once you are in its a free for all and u just drive round till u find a space. That might be a lot of driving. We did find a space but there is more parking spaces than u think amd they are making more so as you drive through the site you may find spaces at the far side. Just remember your parking row and bus stop number amd you are sorted. Very straight forward.

    Fabulous experience, easy to find , lots of spaces . Bus waiting to take us to departures. Driver very friendly and helpful. Dropped off straight outside departure lounge . On way back bus waiting. Lovely driver again who was making everyone laugh. From grabbing suitcase we were sat in our car 15 minutes later. Quicker than walking to multi storey and queuing to get out. We will definitely use again , cheaper than multi storey too.

    On departure struggled to find a parking space - not an ideal start to your holiday. Eventually found a parking spot and hopped on the bus, which was crowded and disorganised. On arrival, caught the bus back to the car park which I can only describe it as like a rugby scrum to store and get your luggage. Lots of people wondering where to store their luggage. The driver didn’t seem to care. Then the drive back in the pitch black to find multiple people confused as to where they were. No information from the driver as to what stop was next and the stops aren’t illuminated at night which makes it all the more difficult. Not ideal at 3 in the morning. Then the shingly surface of the car park itself which made dragging luggage a struggle. Not ideal for the less mobile. Too much stress. Wouldn’t use again.

    Carpark was very congested and hard to find a place the bus driver was a lady and as soon as she heard our Liverpool accent her attitude became very obnoxious and abrupt wouldn't recommend

    Very large carpark although it did take me a bit of time to find a space. Dropped family off to terminal 2 then had to park the car here. Felt there was not enough signage personally to locate it but once in just need to find a space. Bus stops have numbers which is handy when travelling back and the shuttle comes within ten minutes and will take you to desired terminal. Same process when arriving back from holiday, locate bus stop and the shuttle bus will take you to the car park.

    Safe and secure carpark. Large spaces which help when unloading cases. Shuttle buses are every 10 min (even in the early hours of the morning). Drivers are friendly too.
