Since working with Roger Pemberton our Business has become a lot more organised. Roger has given me more confidence managing members of our team . Our team now have clear general KPI s so we can see if we are having a good day or not, which has been a massive help. And if there is a problem this is identified quickly and rectified. When we first started coaching, Roger Pemberton suggested some things and because I was working, "in my business", and not, "on my business" it took several months to be implemented. In hind sight I should of implemented these straight away. As some areas we have improved have had an instant positive impact. I enjoy our coaching sessions together and they have definitely helped grow the business and have a happier team :-)
