I booked a table for 8.15 Saturday 1sr April. We arrived 5 minutes early, to be told they were running late. It was suggested we go for a drink at the pub opposite to wait for our table. 3 hours later we are still waiting! You should have told us you were in a muddle and could not accommodate our booking rather than leave us hanging! Dreadful experience especially as having driven 4 hours and a treat for my partners birthday!
