I did not have a great experience. The sub contractors are not a reflection of the owner (who was polite and kept in touch). The company need more professional removal men - best equipped to treat your belongings with respect. After realising a few missing items, a damaged item and a sofa in need of a complete clean - I would not recommend them. In hindsight, I wish I had paid an extra £300 and gone completely professional.

Came across this lot whilst searching for a removal company. Booked with them as they were more flexible than others - moving from a flat and house (after divorce). Phil and his mate, who work this company, were absolutely superb. Nothing was an issue to these lads. Although I had everything boxed up/ ready to go - Phil and his mate had the van loaded/ ready to go from 2 addresses. These lads put everything where I wanted and didn’t moan about anything, although my motorbike is a lump and to get it where I wanted - yeah, they did it… Well done and a big thank you lads for not scratching the paintwork 👍🏻. There is a set rate for 3 hours and it goes up per 30 minutes. But, the level of professionalism/ care I got from Phil and his oppo, it was second to none. Two blinding fellas who care, will go that extra mile to help. Cheers Phil and your helper. Gary
