I'm 43 yo, really out of shape but decided to give the women's only class a go. The gym, is clean, fresh and welcoming and Jamie was patient, clear, encouraging and, frankly, hilarious. Learnt loads in a short space of time. Really loved it.

Was definitely worth going into detail on this as I can't express how grateful I am to have Mamba Gym at my doorstep in Hemel Hempstead!!! The atmosphere and ambience has this really modern, cool vibe which really puts you in a fighting fit mode!! The gym has a HUGE range of equipment which I was pleasantly surprised to see in a boxing gym, as well as offering other disciplines such BJJ etc. You really couldn't ask for more! Mamba comes with a really awesome story which relates back to Roger Mayweather - will leave this with Mamba to unfold the story! The best part of it all is Kingsley and Jamie - who are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and BRILLIANT to be coached by, as they get into real detail in perfecting your technique and also push you to your limits to make the sessions an incredible experience. These guys are either ex-fighters or currently competing. I have been longing to get into boxing however with family & work life balance it has been impossible to commit to evenings which most places only offer... Massive thanks to Mamba for offering morning sessions where it has made it possible for my boxing/fitness journey to start! Really appreciate everything you guys are doing for me Jamie and Kingsley!!
